Your brother worked five shifts at Ashdown. Then he disappeared.

Management says he resigned. You take his job to find out what really happened.

ASHDOWN is a first-person horror game set in November 1998. From a cramped security booth at Ashdown Residences, you inspect passes, compare names with the resident register, question visitors, and decide who gets through the gate.

The paperwork gives you something to trust. The people on the other side of the glass make that difficult.

Inspect a visitor's pass and compare it with the resident register.

Between arrivals, search the notes your brother left behind. Listen for the telephone. And when the handle behind you starts to move, remember to check the rear door.

A handprint and fingers against the booth window.

At 03:00 AM, it's time to drive home through the forest. Every night brings another encounter on that road.

Check the pass. Lock the door. Get home.

Inside Ashdown

  • Five night shifts with new visitors, documents, and story developments.
  • Hands-on security work: inspect credentials, check the register, ask questions, and admit or refuse entry. One wrong decision ends the shift.
  • A missing-brother mystery told through conversations, handwritten notes, and the evidence left on your desk.
  • Night drives through the forest with a different encounter after each shift.
  • Two campaign endings and choices during the drive-home encounters.
  • Retro PSX-style visuals, an analogue look, and unsettling sound from both sides of the booth.
